ACTION REQUIRED
There is now less than 1 week left to make applications for entry to the 2012 European Laser Standard Senior, European Laser Radial Women’s and European Laser Radial Men’s Championships in Hourtin, France.
Please can all National Laser Class officers ask any of their sailors who may be interested in attending any of these championships to complete the relevant application form on the ILCA website urgently. If possible, please publish this information on your website and send an email to any sailors from your country that meet the age criteria for each championship.
Please ensure that your sailors are aware that if they do not apply by 27th March 2012, they have very little chance of attending these championships, except if the National Laser Class requests a late ranking date and reserves the necessary places and/or requests extra places. Declaring a late ranking date allows you to reserve your Allocated places and request Extra places for use later once you know which sailors should attend the championship. However, please be aware, to reserve your Allocated places and any Extra places available your National Laser Class will have to guarantee payment for the entry.
The deadline for receiving applications for entry is 27th March 2012.
